Donna Compton is busy. When her teapot burnt she began using other pots to boil tea. When those burnt, she realized she had an extremely visceral series of abstract images to photograph and print.
Donna is fascinated with processes of all sorts. She notices them perhaps more than most of us do. She is not just concerned with the aesthetic result; she is deeply curious about how things happen. Her photographs are stories and traces of these complex events.
